Health & Safety
Our Commitment
Protecting Our Workers, Every Day
At MCP Construction, the safety of our workers comes before schedules, costs and deadlines. Every project begins with careful planning and risk assessment, so hazards are identified and controlled before work starts. We follow Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and make sure every site is organised, well supervised and properly equipped.
- Risk Assessment: Hazards are identified and controlled before work begins.
- Safe Work Procedures: Clear, practical steps for every task on site.
- Regular Inspections: Sites and equipment are checked to keep conditions safe.
Safe Practices
Trained People, Proper Equipment, Strong Safety Culture
A safe site depends on well-trained people and the right equipment. Our workers receive safety briefings, are trained for the tasks they perform and are supplied with proper personal protective equipment (PPE). We encourage every team member to speak up about unsafe conditions, because safety works best when everyone takes part.
- Training & Briefings: Workers are briefed on site hazards and safe methods before starting.
- Proper PPE: Helmets, safety shoes, vests, gloves and harnesses for work at height.
- Open Reporting: Everyone is encouraged to report hazards and near-misses without hesitation.
